This is a guide on how to effectively use Attack Bikes and Raider Buggies. The Raider Buggy:

A single Raider Buggy is only good for scouting and anti-scouting. It can barely kill 1 Missile Squad, so it is best to not even try. The Raider Buggy is the 2nd fastest class of vehicle in the game. It is the same speed as the Pitbull, but more manuverable. If you encounter a Pitbull with your scouting Buggy, try to go around a building and then make a sharp turn. You should be able to get out of attack range of the Pitbull and escape.

If you plan to use Raider Buggies as anti-infantry in the early game, you need 2 or 3, preferably 3 or more. 3 of them can kill a Missile Squad reasonably quick, so they will not take too much damage. Use their speed to escape if the number of Missile Squads starts to become too much for the Raider Buggies to handle. It is best to attack the front of your enemies army with your main force, while bringing in the Raider Buggies from the side to pick off the infantry.

Once you have the EMP upgrade, the Raider Buggies usefulness has just been raised by quite a lot, especially against GDI. You can easily dodge the attack of Sonic Emitters and EMP beside them, or bring them around the side of Mammoth Tanks while your main force is fighting them. The EMP upgrade does not work on air units.

The Attack Bike:

The Attack Bike is the fastest ground unit in the game and should mainly be used for harassing Harvester's and destroying Engineer APC's, but it can kill Power Plants and Barracks quite quickly. You should use 4-6 Attack Bikes for harassing, any less and Harvesters will probably not die fast enough. You should probably use 4 Attack Bikes against GDI, so that you can kill their Engineer APC's that they might be sending for you. Remember to scout ahead with your Raider Buggy, so that you can see the Engineer APC's coming from a distance and maybe even kill the Engineer's before they load into the APC with the Raider Buggy.

Since their Watch Tower only cost 600, takes 6 seconds to build, and kills Attack Bikes very quickly, you need to be careful when using your leftover Attack Bikes from the Engineer APC hunting on Harvesters. Nod's Shredder turrets can hurt, but if you keep your Attack Bikes moving, you can dodge the attack.

It takes 2 volleys from an Attack Bike to kill another Attack Bike, and 2 Raider Buggies to kill 1 Attack bike.

In Nod mirrors, you should probably make 1 Raider Buggie and 1 Attack Bike as your first 2 units out of the War Factory for Shadow Team killing. If you encounter more than 3 Shadow Teams, you may wish to make a second Raider Buggy, since 1 cannot kill them very quickly. Do not forget to bring some Attack Bikes along with your Scorpion Tanks when you attack your opponent, so that you can see their Harvesters. You should probably bring Venoms along when you get the Airfield, since they will most likely survive longer and you can use your remaining Attack Bikes to harass other parts of your opponent's base while you attack the front of it.

The Attack Bike is very effective at taking down Orcas, Firehawks, and Vertigoes. They have enough speed to chase them for a while. While massing Venoms and Rocket Squads is a better way to deal with mass Stormriders, Devastators, and PAC's, the Attack Bike can be a good early game solution to Orcas and can intercept Firehawk/Vertigoes, if you have some Attack Bike still around from the early game.

While it is usually best to not try and defend your base against early harassment with the Attack Bike you have just made to harass your opponent, it can sometimes be a good choice. If you have 6 Attack Bikes and see your opponent is coming with 3 Attack Bikes, you can quickly put those Attack Bikes into groups of 2 and tell each group to attack a different Attack Bike, killing his Attack Bikes with minimal losses to you. If you let the Attack Bikes fight on their own, they will waste shots and you will end up losing more than you should have.

If you have a few Attack Bikes sitting around in the early game and your small force of tanks is colliding with your opponent's, then you may want to send the Attack Bikes around the back of your opponent's tanks and pick some off. The Attack Bike can cause large amounts of damage to tanks, so if you feel the need, then you can do quick hit and runs on your opponent's tank force while your force is engaging his. You should be able to pick off a few tanks that way, or at least severely damage them for your main force to easily finish.
